Do I have to register to join PrintBase Tier Program?

You only need to sign up with PrintBase, then the Tier Program will be automatically enabled for your account.

However, store scam or vilolated DMCA regulations will be banned from the program.

What if I have a refunded or canceled product order?

In this case, the Star from the refunded/ canceled items will be deducted from your Tier Stars and Redeemable Stars.

If I move to a new store, will my Tier Stars be accumulated still?

Tier Stars/ Redeemable Stars will be acccumulated for each merchant account, not by the number of the store. Hence, if you move to a new store and still activate the previous account, the number of accumulated Stars will still be counted.

When will I receive my Tier rewards?

After you redeem your Stars successfully, you will receive rewards within 7-14 working days.

What are the differences between Tier Stars and Redeemable Stars?

Tier Stars: Used to calculated your Tier status. Can be changed when your Tier upgraded or downgraded.

Redeemable Stars: Accumulated Stars for every item you sold, can be used to exchange rewards. Won't be affected by Tier status.

How can I maintain my Tier status?

Within a Tier cycle, you need to gain minimum Stars

(equal to Tier threshold) to maintain your Tier status.

How will Tier cycle be calculated?

Cycle Tier will be calculated since the moment you reach the new Tier.

What if I had reached new Tier before my current Tier cycle ended?

In this case, your Tier status will be upgrade to the new Tier. Your Tier Star will be reset to Min Tier Stars of that particular Tier.

For example, you have reached Tier Specialist, after 20 days, you earned 2,500 Stars. Your total Tier Stars is 3,000, you will be upgraded to Professional at that moment. At the same time, new Tier cycle will be reset for Professional Tier.

Redeemable Stars will be added by 2,500 Stars.

What if I did not reached the threshold to maintain my current Tier after Tier cycle ended??

In this case, your Tier status will be downgraded to the closest lower Tier. Your Tier Stars will be reset to min Tier Stars of that particular Tier.

For example: You have reached Tier Specialist, after 30 days, you only earned 100 Stars ( lower than 750), you will be downgraded to Newbie Tier and your Tier Stars will be reset to 0.

Redeemable Stars will be added by 100 Stars.

What if I reached the threshold to maintain my current Tier but not enough to level up the next Level?

In this case, you will maintain your current Tier. However, your Tier Star will be reset to the minimum Tier Stars of that particular Tier.

For example: Your have reached Tier Speclist, after 30 days, you earned 800 Stars. Your current total Tier Stars is 1300- not enough to level up to Professional. Hence, you keep your Tier status and your Tier Stars will be reset to 500.

Redeemable Stars will be added by 800 Stars.
