I have multiple PrintBase stores, can I accumulate products from different stores to earn more points?

Definitely. The reward points are calculated based on the products sold for each merchant account so online merchants can accumulate products in different stores to earn more points.

Each store can only get one prize, but there is no limit to the number of stores that can win at each prize category.

If I have cancelled or returned order(s), will my points be deducted?

Yes, all cancelled or returned orders will no longer be calculated as valid point(s).

Is PrintBase/ PrintHub Cashback Program still enabled in my store in conjunction with this sales challenge?

No, the PrintBase/ PrintHub Cashback Program is NOT applicable with this contest.

When will the results be announced?

The final result will be announced 1 week after the race ends. The prize will be delivered to the winner in the next 1 - 2 weeks.
